PilotDeck provides managed website building, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media distribution services. Our service includes AI-assisted content generation with human review, website hosting and maintenance, keyword research, and multi-platform social distribution.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Services are billed monthly at the rate of your chosen plan (Starter $149/mo, Growth $299/mo, or Scale $499/mo).
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
- There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time.
4. Content Ownership
You own all content created for your website. This includes website copy, blog posts, images, and any other assets we produce as part of your service. If you cancel, all content remains yours and stays published unless you request removal.
5. Content Review & Approval
All content goes through a review queue before publishing. You have the ability to approve or reject any piece of content. PilotDeck will not publish content without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy specific to your business.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PilotDeck to:
- Publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam or malicious software
- Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for websites we host. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic outcomes, as search engine algorithms are outside our control. We do guarantee consistent, professional execution of your growth strategy.
8. Limitation of Liability
PilotDeck's liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: your website remains live and accessible, all content stays published, you retain full ownership of all assets, and we stop creating new content and optimizations. No exit fees. No hostage situation.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
